Fill in Job details
Open the client and press Create role. The wizard runs in three steps: Job details, Requirements, and Commercial. The first screen asks for the Role title, for example Senior backend engineer. Location sits under it and takes a city or the word Remote. It is optional. Further down the same screen, below the job description editor, sit three toggles. Use company branding puts the company logo on candidate emails and the call screen. Enable workflow lets each round auto-reject or auto-advance candidates by score, and turning it off hides the selection-criteria step when you create a round. Only advance via workflow appears when Enable workflow is on, and stops a new round from auto-pulling the previous round's shortlist.
Job details. Role title, location, the interview language and the AI voice.
- Use the title a candidate would search for. It appears on the invite they receive.
- Job description is required and shows a Minimum 100 characters counter. Role title, Language and Voice are required too.
