White-label and partner

Your brand on the candidate-facing product.

Serve candidates on your own domain, with your logo, brand name and sending email domain. Expert Hire runs underneath. Ship it as a standalone platform or embed it inside your own product.

White-label access is provisioned by our team for partners.

The brand surface

Domain, branding, and email, all yours.

Everything a candidate sees and receives carries your identity. The hiring engine runs underneath, out of sight.

Your custom domain.

Point your own domain at the candidate-facing app. We handle TLS certificates for you with automated provisioning and renewal.

Your branding.

Set your logo, brand name, and favicon so candidates see your identity end to end, not ours.

Your sending email domain.

Outbound candidate email is sent from your domain, with DKIM signing so it lands as you, not as a third party.

Certificates handled for you.

Add your domain and we provision and renew the TLS certificate automatically. No manual certificate handling on your side.

The same report, wearing someone else's name.

This is a real coded screen from the product with a partner brand passed into it. Nothing about the evidence changed. The name on it did.

Report summaryPrompt: Flask API over an Elasticsearch job index

Nine years on Python backends, mostly Flask and REST. Built the search route cleanly, then stopped short of the Elasticsearch query and said so.

Strengths
  • Flask structure modular routes, CORS, jsonify
  • Production caching Redis layer, eviction reasoning
Areas for growth
  • Elasticsearch query and relevance sort unfinished
  • Distributed locks named deadlocks, not the fix

Recording16:41, transcript 96 lines

What you are looking at: a finished reportcard inside a partner workspace. The mark beside the candidate's name reads NT, the line above it reads Northwind Talent, and on a wide screen the Interviewed for block names them too. Everything underneath is the engine doing its usual job. An overall score of 84, a Strong fit for role chip, and a skill breakdown scored from transcript and code. Then the recording, a speaker-separated transcript, and a malpractice line reading None. Faux workspace, faux candidate, faux numbers.

  • Workspace mark
  • Report header

  • Candidate transcript
  • Candidate email

A hiring manager on the client side opens this report and shares it without meeting our name anywhere in the flow. Your candidates and your clients deal with you.

End to end

What a candidate actually experiences.

A white-label build has to hold up at every step, from the email that starts it to the report that ends it. Here is the whole path, and where your brand sits at each point.

01

The invitation arrives from you.

The interview invite is sent from your own domain and DKIM-signed, so it authenticates as you rather than as a third party. Nothing in the subject line or the sender needs explaining.

02

The link opens on your domain.

The candidate lands on the domain you pointed at us, with your logo, brand name and favicon in the tab. TLS is provisioned and renewed automatically. No certificate for anyone on your side to remember.

03

They take the round they were invited to.

An AI voice interview where the questions adapt to what they say, a coding test that executes against hidden cases, an AI prompt assessment, or a resume screen. Same engine, same rubric, running 24/7.

04

The result lands as your reportcard.

One share-ready report with an overall score, a verdict line, a skill breakdown traced to the transcript and the code, the recording, and the integrity status for the round. Your team reviews it under your brand.

05

Your systems hear about it immediately.

Connect the MCP server to your assistant and pull rounds, candidates and reports without opening a dashboard, still under your brand.

What does not change.

The rubric, the evidence chain and the review model stay as they are. Integrity signals are surfaced to a human reviewer next to the transcript and the code. A flag is never an automatic verdict, and nobody is auto-rejected. Ethan is still the AI interviewer, so raise it early if renaming the interviewer matters to you.

How the scoring works is worth reading before you put your name on it.

Two ways to ship it

Run it standalone, or embed it in your product.

Stand up a full white-label platform, or embed a themed interview where your candidates already are. Either way, an assistant can reach the same workspace over MCP.

Standalone white-label platform.

Run Expert Hire in white-label server mode as a full platform under your brand. Your team and candidates work entirely inside your domain.

Embedded white-label.

Drop the interview experience into your own product as an embed, themed to match the surface around it.

Assistant access over MCP.

Connect the MCP server to your assistant and read the same rounds, candidates and reports from chat, still under your brand.

Per-partner embed theming.

Each partner gets its own embed theme, so the embedded experience matches the brand it lives inside.

For staffing agencies

Brand every client workspace as its own.

Run one account across many client companies, with each kept separate. Every client workspace gets its own branding. Candidates see the client they are interviewing for, not your agency, and not ours. In the API and on your plan these are called sub-companies.

Candidate data stays in your pipeline, organized by client, not in a shared marketplace. Client workspaces are included on every plan, so keeping accounts separate is never the thing you have to upgrade for.

See how agencies run it across placements, productivity and a shared pipeline.

Partner means integration, not resale.

A partner is an embed or white-label integration: you build Expert Hire into your own product or run it under your brand. It is not a reseller or markup program.

Preparing candidates instead? A white-label student portal is available in beta. Ask us about it.

Where it fits

What to read before you commit to a build.

White-label is a surface on top of the same platform everyone else uses. If you are scoping a partner integration, these pages answer what comes next.

Which plan unlocks what.

Basic white-label, meaning your logo and your custom domain, unlocks on Growth, alongside the MCP server. Full white-label, which adds the DKIM-signed sending email domain so candidate email leaves as you, sits on Scale. Client workspace branding for agencies is included on every plan.

Infrastructure, not a marketplace

We don't compete for your candidates. We power your hiring.

Your candidates stay in your pipeline, not a shared marketplace. Run Expert Hire as your own platform, or wire it into the stack you already use.

Be your own ATS, or connect your existing one.

Run jobs, pipelines, multi-round workflows, ranking, and shortlist or reject from one place.

Greenhouse integration (early access): bidirectional sync, reportcard push-back, and auto job import. Lever, Workday and more coming soon.

White-label, end to end.

Serve candidates on your domain, with your logo, brand name, and a custom sending email domain.

Basic white-label unlocks at Growth. A sending email on your own domain comes with Scale.

MCP server for AI assistants.

Connect Expert Hire to ChatGPT or Claude over OAuth and run jobs, candidates, rounds, scheduling and analytics from your assistant.

White-label access is provisioned for partners. Talk to us.

A workspace per client.

Run one account across many client companies, with each kept separate. Direct companies stay single-tenant.

Built for agencies hiring on behalf of multiple clients.

Security and access. Encrypted integration credentials, audit logs, role-based access control, and rate limiting are built in. SSO and SAML are on the roadmap.
