Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases, subscriptions, credits, and services offered by Expert Hire, unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

No Refunds - General Rule

All payments made to Expert Hire are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, subscription fees, annual or monthly plans, usage or credit-based charges, onboarding fees, and service fees.

Companies, Recruiters, and Staffing Agencies

Expert Hire offers both monthly and annual billing options for companies, recruiters, and staffing agencies.

  • Monthly plans may be canceled at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but no refunds or credits will be issued for unused time, seats, or usage.
  • Annual plans are billed upfront and are non-refundable, whether used in full, partially used, or unused.
  • Changes in hiring volume, internal usage, or business needs do not qualify for refunds.

Students and Job Seekers

Payments made by individual students or job seekers for self-serve products, preparation tools, or subscriptions are non-refundable once access is granted, regardless of usage.

Universities and Institutional Programs

Payments made by universities, colleges, training institutes, or other institutional partners are strictly non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued for unused credits, unused seats, or unutilized student access.
  • Variations in student participation, engagement, or completion do not constitute grounds for refunds.
  • Institutions are responsible for managing distribution and usage of access provided under their agreement.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us promptly. Verified billing errors may be corrected at our discretion through charge adjustments or account credits. Such corrections do not create an obligation to issue refunds.

Enterprise and Contracted Customers

If you have a separately executed agreement with Expert Hire, including an MSA or institutional contract, refund and payment terms will be governed solely by that agreement.

Legal Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law. Refunds required by law will be honored where strictly applicable.
