This Refund Policy applies to all purchases, subscriptions, credits, and services offered by Expert Hire, unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.
All payments made to Expert Hire are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, subscription fees, annual or monthly plans, usage or credit-based charges, onboarding fees, and service fees.
Expert Hire offers both monthly and annual billing options for companies, recruiters, and staffing agencies.
Payments made by individual students or job seekers for self-serve products, preparation tools, or subscriptions are non-refundable once access is granted, regardless of usage.
Payments made by universities, colleges, training institutes, or other institutional partners are strictly non-refundable.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us promptly. Verified billing errors may be corrected at our discretion through charge adjustments or account credits. Such corrections do not create an obligation to issue refunds.
If you have a separately executed agreement with Expert Hire, including an MSA or institutional contract, refund and payment terms will be governed solely by that agreement.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law. Refunds required by law will be honored where strictly applicable.
