Anonymise a resume in two clicks. Source without leaving the page.

Mask the name, contact details and photo on a resume before it goes to a client. Capture a LinkedIn, Naukri or Monster profile into your talent pool from a panel on the page. Book the interview from the same panel. Three jobs that used to mean three tabs.

Free to install. Unlocks from the Explorer plan, and a masking run costs 1 Hire Credit.

Send the CV, not the candidate's contact details.

A browser extension for the desk. It strips the identifying details off a resume before that resume goes to a client, so nobody can go around you and the client reads the work rather than the person. It also captures candidates off the profiles you already browse, and books the interview from the same panel.

Anonymise a resume in two clicks.

Name, contact details and photo come off the resume in the browser, so a reviewer reads the work rather than the person. Phone numbers, emails and links are found by pattern and by context, so they still come off a two column or graphic heavy layout that a plain find and replace would miss. Skills, experience and projects stay intact. A masking run costs 1 Hire Credit.

Source candidates from the web.

Open a LinkedIn, Naukri or Monster profile and capture it straight into your talent pool from the panel on the page. No copying fields into a form. Or drop a PDF resume, or paste a link to one, in the extension itself.

Then put them on a role.

Everyone captured lands in Candidates with the source recorded against them, so you can see how much of the desk came from the extension. Add an email to attach them to a job, assign a teammate, or ask Mia to put them on a role.

Book the interview from the same panel.

Schedule the round without opening the workspace, so the profile you just captured does not sit waiting for someone to come back and action it.

Masking also runs server side on reports, so identifying details are stripped before a resume leaves the pipeline.

Where they land.

Captured profiles go straight to Candidates, tagged with the source they came from. The sourcing panel splits the pool by source, so you can see how much of the desk the extension actually built.

Coded product UI. Every name, email and figure inside the screen is sample data.

Who runs it

The same panel, three different desks.

Sourcing is the part of hiring that happens on somebody else's website. The extension is what makes that part land in your pipeline instead of your clipboard.

Staffing desks

Build the pool off the job boards you already live in, then mask the CV before it reaches the client so nobody goes around you.

For staffing firms

In-house teams

Capture the passive candidate you found on LinkedIn into the same pipeline as your inbound applicants, scored against the same job.

For companies

Placement cells

Pull recruiter contacts and company profiles into one record while you work the drive, instead of keeping them in a spreadsheet.

For universities

Put the extension on your desk.

Start the trial and the extension unlocks with it. 75 Hire Credits, nothing charged for 30 days.
