Connect to the stack you already use. Or start without one.
Expert Hire ships with its own pipeline board, so nothing has to be wired up before your first round. When you are ready to connect, Greenhouse is live today and more ATS connectors are on the roadmap. An OAuth-protected MCP server covers everything else.

AI assistants and MCP
Run Expert Hire from Claude or ChatGPT.
The same recruiting tools behind Mia are available over one remote MCP server. Sign in with OAuth, choose your organization and work in plain language.
Financial, team-admin and destructive actions are excluded by design.
Greenhouse is connected. The rest is honest roadmap.
One ATS integration is available today. Everything else on this page is either a roadmap entry you can vote for, or something you can already reach through the MCP connector and the built-in pipeline board.
Greenhouse
Available today, in early accessGreenhouse stays your system of record. Expert Hire sits between intake and the human decision, runs the round, and hands back the evidence. Three things happen once the connection is authorized.
Bidirectional sync.
Candidates move in both directions. What Expert Hire learns lands back on the Greenhouse record, and changes made in Greenhouse show up on the Expert Hire side.
Reportcard push-back.
The reportcard, the score and the reviewer-facing summary are written back to the hiring record. Nobody opens a second tool to see how a round went.
Auto job import.
Open jobs are pulled in automatically. You do not recreate a role by hand before building rounds against it.
Named ATS roadmap
These four are the ATS connectors we are building next. They are not live yet.

Until your ATS is connected, Expert Hire runs standalone on its own pipeline board and you can export candidates to CSV at any time.
The pipeline board is already in the product.
Most integration projects stall because they have to finish before anyone can run a single interview. Expert Hire ships a working candidate pipeline, candidate pools, client sub-companies and per-client reporting on day one. Connecting an existing ATS is an upgrade, not a prerequisite.
What you are looking at: the built-in ATS board. Every stage column carries a live count, candidate cards carry a role and a source tag, and search runs across name and email. The later stages, Export and Add candidate appear once the frame is wide enough for them. Sample data.
No integration required to start.
The board above is the built-in ATS. Pre-contact, Contacted, Screened and Shortlisted, with live counts, source tags and search by name or email. It is on every plan, including the free trial.
Source tags survive the handoff.
Where a candidate came from stays attached to the card: Direct, Referral, Sourced, Inbound, Outreach, AI round, Verified. That is the same field an ATS connector maps against.
Export beats lock-in.
Candidates and interviews export to CSV whenever you want them. If you outgrow the built-in board, nothing you put in is trapped here.
Running an agency instead? Staffing workspaces give every client company its own board, roles and rubric, on every plan.
What syncs, which way, and when.
Four object types, a direction for each, and the trigger that moves them. If an object is not on this list, the integration does not touch it.
This describes the live Greenhouse connector. Roadmap connectors are being built to the same shape, but they are not live yet.
- JobsInto Expert Hire
On connect, then as new roles open
Open roles are imported so a job does not have to be recreated by hand. The imported role is what rounds and rubrics get built against.
- CandidatesBoth directions
As candidates enter and move
Candidate records stay aligned across both systems, including the source tag that says where the person came from.
- ReportcardsOut to your ATS
When a round finishes and is scored
The overall score, the verdict line, the skill breakdown and the link back to the full evidence are written onto the hiring record.
- NotesOut to your ATS
When a reviewer writes or a round is scored
Reviewer-readable notes land where recruiters already read them, so the decision trail stays in one place.
| Object | Direction | When | What moves |
|---|---|---|---|
| Jobs | Into Expert Hire | On connect, then as new roles open | Open roles are imported so a job does not have to be recreated by hand. The imported role is what rounds and rubrics get built against. |
| Candidates | Both directions | As candidates enter and move | Candidate records stay aligned across both systems, including the source tag that says where the person came from. |
| Reportcards | Out to your ATS | When a round finishes and is scored | The overall score, the verdict line, the skill breakdown and the link back to the full evidence are written onto the hiring record. |
| Notes | Out to your ATS | When a reviewer writes or a round is scored | Reviewer-readable notes land where recruiters already read them, so the decision trail stays in one place. |
Authorize the connection once.
An admin connects the ATS from the Expert Hire workspace. Nothing syncs before that, and the integration only touches the objects listed above.
Jobs come in, rounds get built.
Imported roles become jobs you can attach rounds to. Every stage is one of five modes: resume screening, AI interview, human-led interview, AI prompt assessment or coding test. All of them score onto one rubric.
The round runs where the candidate is.
Ethan runs the AI voice round 24/7 on the candidate's schedule, or a recruiter runs a human round with the notetaker in the room. Either way the output is the same reportcard.
Evidence goes back to the record.
Score, verdict, skill breakdown, transcript link and malpractice status are pushed back to the ATS. A flag is never an automatic verdict, and nobody is auto-rejected. A human reads it and decides.
The rubric behind every score is documented on the methodology page, and the round types are laid out on the platform page.
Every tool we have mapped, live or planned.
Search it, filter it by ship-state, or jump to a category. Each entry opens a page that spells out the workflows it covers, the fields it maps and what it would take to turn it on. Roadmap entries say so on the card and on the page.

1 entryIf the connector is not built, MCP is.
A directory will always be shorter than the list of tools real teams run. So the answer for most tools is: not as a packaged connector, but yes through the MCP server, a hosted link or an export you can use today.
The Chrome extension.
Pull a candidate into the pool straight off a LinkedIn, Naukri or Monster profile, with the source recorded against them. No connector to configure, and it works on the boards no ATS integration covers.
The MCP connector.
Connect the MCP server to ChatGPT or Claude over OAuth and work against your own workspace in plain language: jobs and rounds, candidates and resumes, interviews and scheduling, pipelines and workflows, reports and analytics.
Expert Hire as the ATS.
Use Expert Hire as the ATS itself. The pipeline board is included on every plan, so there is nothing to sync when the hiring happens here.
A hosted interview link.
Send candidates a hosted interview link. Nothing to build, and it works wherever your candidates already are.
CSV export.
Export candidates and interviews to CSV whenever a system is not connected, so a client or a hiring manager always gets the list in a form they can use.

Want one of the roadmap connectors sooner?
Roadmap order is set by who is waiting. If a connector on this page is what stands between you and a rollout, tell us and we will say where it sits.
Tell us the tool and the job to be done.
Name the system, the objects you need moved, and which direction they need to move. That is enough for us to say yes, no, or here is the MCP tool that already does it.
We tell you where it sits.
Three possible answers. It is on the build list with a real position. It is reachable today through the MCP server or the built-in pipeline board. Or we do not plan to support it.
Early access if you want to shape it.
Roadmap connectors are built alongside the teams that will use them. If you want input on field mapping and trigger rules, say so and we will pull you in.
