For universities and placement teams
Make every student placement-ready. See it before the drive.
Give every student role-specific interview, coding and resume practice. Give the placement team one live view of readiness, upcoming drives and outcomes.
- AI mock interviews
- Coding and resume practice
- Multi-campus readiness analytics

From individual practice to a campus-wide readiness signal.
Stop paying a license fee to run your own drives.
The placement management ERP is free. Drives, companies, students, applicants, offers and joining sit in one system. The practice and assessment modules use the same student records, so there is nothing to reconcile at the end of the season.
We move your data across
Switching from an existing placement system? Our team moves your drives, students and history across at no cost. Nothing gets re-keyed, and the ERP itself carries no license fee on Campus Starter or Campus Enterprise.
Onboard the batch
Send us the admin list and the batch list. Our team loads them, your placement staff sign in with their institutional Google or Microsoft accounts, and students get an invitation email.
Run the season from one console
Dashboard, Drives, Students, Companies, Offers & joining and Insights are tabs in the same place. Placement rate, profiles complete, median CTC and highest CTC sit across the top. A next best action shows which students have not applied yet.
What the ERP covers
- Drives, schedules and applicants
- Companies and roles per drive
- Students, profiles and directory
- Offers, joining and insights
- Student payments, on or off
- Announcements to the batch
This is what the placement cell logs into.
Seven screens, one student record underneath. Readiness for the batch, the ERP that runs the drives, the three tables a cell exports when someone asks for numbers, and the student directory and job list they all read from.
The dashboard.
Average communication, interview, resume and technical scores across the batch, then the counts that need a person: suspected misconduct, interviews without camera and incomplete attempts. Organisation metrics put today next to overall, and interview and resume outcomes split into named bands rather than a single mean.
The placement ERP.
Placement rate, profiles complete, median CTC and highest CTC across the top. Tabs for Placements, Drives, Students, Companies and Insights, an Applied to Joined pipeline, and a list of roles that still have students yet to apply. Send announcement sits in the header.
Interview performance.
Every round a student sat, with registration number, company, job title, round type, score, attended date and whether it completed or was cancelled. Filter by name, registration number, date range or score range, notify the students you filtered to, and export the lot as CSV.
Resume optimisation.
The same table for resumes, keyed by registration number so it matches your own records. Each row shows the company and role applied for, the overall score, and whether the record came from an interview or a direct resume upload. Bulk upload, notify and export sit in the header.
Prompt engineering.
Cohort numbers for AI-fluency work: total sessions, completed, average score and total attempts. Below that, a readiness distribution across four named bands, Beginner, Emerging, Job Ready and Advanced, and every session by student with its score and band.
The student directory.
Everyone in the organisation with total interviews, total resumes, Prompt Engineering sessions, their averages on each, and when they last logged in. Per student you can open their interviews, their resumes or their prompt results, or disable access. This is where you find who never activated.
Jobs and companies.
The list your students practise against. Add a company tagged MNC, SME or Startup, and add job roles scoped to your institution. Both appear to students in the interview booking flow and in resume targeting, so this is where you load the firms that actually visit your campus.
One campus or twelve, the same view.
Readiness rolls up across campuses and down to a single branch. A group office compares institutions on the same scoring, and each cell still works its own batch.
- Org-wide leaderboards
- Branch-wise analytics
- Multi-campus rollup
- Week-over-week readiness trend
- Exports per student, company and drive
Coded product UI. Every name, campus and figure inside the screens is sample data.
One ERP for every part of placement readiness.
Every practice round is scored the same way, against the skills and the JD set for that role. Each score is backed by the transcript and the code.
Mock interviews
Proctored practice rounds with Ethan, the AI interviewer. Questions adapt to the answer, and a human can take the round over.
Coding tests + full reports
A Coding round runs 20 + 10 min with a code editor. Submissions run against hidden test cases and come back as a full report.
AI prompt practice
Prompt-engineering sessions scored on eight dimensions, so students build AI fluency before a real round.
Psychometric Test
A 40-question psychometric profile, about seven minutes, that maps a student's strengths to the roles they suit.
Resume + ATS-readiness
Resume analysis against a chosen company and role, plus an ATS-readiness check, so students fix the file before they apply.
Company + topic question banks
Real interview questions by company, stream, topic and level, with progress tracked per stream.
Whiteboard + system design
A System Design round runs 15 + 10 min with whiteboard support, so senior candidates are read on architecture, not code output.
Operate the whole drive from one console.
Onboard batches, run proctored rounds, decide whether students can top up their own credits and track readiness across campuses. One tool, not four.
Assisted batch onboarding
Send us the list and our team loads it. Admins are mapped to their institutional addresses, and students get an invitation email.
No passwords to manage
Everyone signs in with the institutional Google or Microsoft account they already have, so there is no credential to reset.
Student payments, your call
One setting decides whether students can top up their own interview and resume credits when a balance runs low.
Malpractice + proctoring dashboard
Detects known AI-assistant overlay tools and flags integrity concerns to a human reviewer. A flag is never an automatic verdict.
Desktop proctoring app
A cross-platform desktop app runs strict-proctoring rounds, with video, the code editor, and security monitoring in one place.
Multi-campus + branch analytics
Org-wide leaderboards and branch-wise analytics track readiness across every campus and branch from one place.
A readiness score only counts if the round was clean.
The malpractice and proctoring dashboard shows what happened during an assessment. A person reads the signals and decides what they mean.
What gets detected
Known AI-assistant overlay tools, signs of impersonation and tab switching during a live round, plus video analysis after the interview. The report shows a count, for example no tab switches flagged, not a verdict.
Where it runs
Browser proctoring covers practice rounds. Strict rounds run in a cross-platform desktop app that holds video, the code editor and security monitoring in one window.
Who decides
A person does. Every signal reaches a human reviewer with the transcript and the submitted code beside it. A flag is never an automatic verdict, there is no automated pass or fail, and nobody is auto-rejected.
Two things to read next. How detection works, and the desktop app students install before a strict round.
The whole platform, at one per-student rate.
Nothing is licensed module by module. Every campus gets all seven for one academic year, and students spend one Prep Credits balance across whichever they need. The rate falls as the cohort grows, and the final number is confirmed on a call.

Streaks and nudges keep students practicing between drives. Leaderboards make readiness visible across branches.
Companies and jobs, curated by admins
Admins pick which companies and jobs students practice against, send announcements to the batch, and turn access on or off per student.
Practice streaks
Streaks keep students returning to practice through the year, not just before the drive.
Notify the students you filter
Filter the interview or resume table by name, date range or score, then use Send Notifications to message exactly that group.
Readiness bands
Every student sits in one of four named bands, Beginner, Emerging, Job Ready or Advanced, so a cohort can see where it stands and what to chase.
Org-wide leaderboards
Org-wide leaderboards and branch-wise analytics make readiness something students can see and chase.
VC Pitch for entrepreneurship cells
Entrepreneurship cells run VC Pitch rounds. Students upload a deck, get it graded, then defend it live against an AI investor.
