Submit candidates to a client

Take a scored shortlist from a client's job and send the client a report they can act on, without giving them your workspace.

Before you start

  • A client workspace with a job and at least one completed round.
  • Candidates who have been through a round and have a report.
Steps

4 steps, in order.

1

Shortlist from the round, not from memory

Open the round and sort the candidate table by score. Shortlist the strongest from the table, and read the few candidates sitting either side of your cut-off before you fix where the cut-off is.

2

Send the report, not a summary you typed

Each candidate has a share-ready report: a score, a verdict, a skill breakdown built from the transcript and any code, the recording, and a searchable transcript. Share it or export the PDF. Reports cost 0 credits, so sending them is never metered.

  • A client who can click into the transcript argues with you far less than one reading your summary.
3

Keep it under your brand

On a white-label plan each client workspace carries its own branding, so the candidate and the client see the client's identity rather than your agency or ours. Set this up per workspace before the first submission goes out.

4

Track what happened to the submission

Placements records what converted, and Productivity shows recruiter output across the desk. Both read from the same pipeline, so nobody has to maintain a separate submission tracker.

What you get

At the end of this guide.

A shortlist backed by scores rather than a recruiter's recall.

A share-ready report per candidate, free to send.

Client-branded delivery on a white-label plan.

Placement and productivity tracking without a separate spreadsheet.

Common mistakes

What goes wrong, and the fix.

Retyping the report into an email.

Share the report. The evidence is the reason the client trusts the submission.

Setting a cut-off score without reading the boundary.

Read the candidates just above and just below your line before you fix it.

Sending unbranded reports from a white-label plan.

Set the client workspace branding before the first submission, not after.
