These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Expert Hire platform, including our website, web application, Chrome extension, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. Organizations are responsible for ensuring that their users comply with these Terms.
Expert Hire provides tools for interview preparation, candidate screening support, assessment workflows, and related hiring assistance. The Service provides decision-support outputs only. Expert Hire does not make automated hiring decisions.

The Service may use AI-assisted tools to generate summaries, scores, insights, or recommendations. Outputs are informational and may contain inaccuracies. Human review is required. You remain fully responsible for decisions made using the Service.
Recruiters and employers may upload candidate resumes and related information. By doing so, you confirm that you have lawful rights and authority to provide such data and that required notices or consents have been obtained.
Expert Hire acts as a service provider or data processor for such data. Candidate rights requests may need to be exercised through the recruiter or employer.
Use of the Expert Hire Chrome extension is subject to these Terms. Data uploaded via the extension may be stored and processed by Expert Hire. Resume masking is a presentation feature and does not constitute anonymization.
The Service may support email, WhatsApp, in-app messaging, and calls. Communications may be stored for service delivery, support, or compliance purposes. You are responsible for complying with local consent and recording laws.
Certain features may require payment. Fees, usage limits, renewals, and taxes are as described at purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. Enterprise agreements may override these terms.
Expert Hire retains all rights to the Service, including software, models, and branding. You retain ownership of content you upload and grant Expert Hire a license to process such content to provide the Service.
Non-public business or technical information disclosed through the Service must be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Expert Hire disclaims all warranties, including any warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expert Hire shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Liability, if any, shall be limited to fees paid for the Service in the applicable period.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Expert Hire from claims arising from unlawful data uploads, misuse of the Service, hiring decisions, violations of law, or prohibited scraping or automation.
Expert Hire may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Data may be retained as required by law or contract.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws as determined by Expert Hire's operating entity, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
