What the Darwinbox connector does.
These are the workflows the connection covers once an admin has authorized it. Everything beyond them stays where it already lives.
Import your open Darwinbox jobs. Each one lands under the client with the same name as the Darwinbox company.
Every 5 minutes Expert Hire picks up new candidates and status changes, and moves each candidate into the round you mapped.
When the round is scored, Expert Hire adds the tag you chose for that recommendation, from Strong yes to Strong no.
Whatever the connector moves, the evaluation does not change. Every stage is one of five modes: resume screening, AI interview, human-led interview, AI prompt assessment or coding test. All of them score onto one rubric, and every score traces back to the transcript, the live code, the skills you weighted and the JD you set up.

Job
Into Expert HireImported with its title, location and status. Changes follow, and a closed job is archived in Expert Hire.
Candidate
Into Expert HireName, email and phone, picked up for the jobs you imported. The Darwinbox API does not share resumes.
Status
Into Expert HireA Darwinbox status change moves the candidate into the round you mapped. New candidates start in the first round.
Result
Out of Expert HireThe Darwinbox tag you chose for the recommendation, added to the candidate. Tags are set up in Darwinbox first.

The board is the fallback, not the consolation prize.
Nothing on this page has to ship before you can hire. The pipeline board above is included on every plan, it is where candidates land whether they arrive by upload, referral or an assistant over MCP, and it is where reportcards attach. A connector changes where the record lives, not whether you can run a round.

This is how a Darwinbox rollout runs. Pilot on one pipeline before you widen it, because the thresholds that decide who gets shortlisted are worth calibrating with the recruiters who will live with them.
- 1In Darwinbox Studio, open Darwinbox API Keys. You need the Job List key, plus the candidate data, job detail and tags keys if Darwinbox issued them separately.
- 2Note the username and password of the Darwinbox Studio user set up for API access.
- 3In Expert Hire, open Integrations, choose Darwinbox and enter your Darwinbox URL and those details.
- 4Choose a Darwinbox tag for each recommendation, then import your jobs and map Darwinbox statuses to rounds.
