What about ATS products that ship "AI features"?

The major ATS vendors all advertise AI now. Greenhouse markets AI scorecard feedback and resume filtering. Workable markets AI job posting and candidate sourcing. Ashby markets AI candidate matching. The honest read is simple.

The AI features inside an ATS are usually scoped to what the ATS already does well: parse, filter, summarise, suggest. They are not running the interview. If your problem is "the resume parsing is mediocre," ATS-native AI is a real upgrade.
